At last -- I've finally done it!

So many paintings -- so little wall

After talking about it for a year, and thinking about it for very much longer, I've finally done it--got my website up and running.

The main reason we paint is because we want or need to paint. But part of the joy of painting is sharing our work with others who will get pleasure from it: from hanging them on a wall and looking at them frequently; or simply from browsing the images on the web and enjoying them for a few moments.

So my intention is to make available on this site every painting I do that I think is worth keeping . Some of them have already been sold; some have been given away; others are adorning my increasingly crowded walls; and some are tucked away in my portfolio, looking for a home.

If you see something that you really like that has not already gone to another home, you can buy it from me. Or, if you are a friend, or an acquaintance, or a charity, you can just let me know you like it and I will give it to you. My aim is to make sure that as much as possible of what I paint gets into world, and does what all art is meant to do: make someone's life just that little bit richer.
