Baxter and Lola

Baxter is the son of Benn Allen, a popular Illawarra based acoustic performer and music teacher who also happens to be an ace house cleaner. During one of our weekly chats at our place, Benn proudly showed Steve and me a photo of Baxter and his beloved dog Lola. In painting the image I really wanted to capture the warmth of the relationship between Baxter and Lola.
