Water's Edge
2020
As well as being an excellent watercolourist, my art teacher is also a very accomplished photographer. I developed her photo of the stunning display at the water’s edge at a Wollongong beach into a painting on which I superimposed my feet and a hand, the remnant of blue nail polish on my big toes my way of signifying the extended period of covid lockdown in 2020.
