A visit from King

We are very blessed to be visited by many birds including rosellas, rainbow lorikeets, and stunningly beautiful king parrots. Typically, they appear in pairs but the creature in this painting was so tantalisingly close to our front verandah that I just had to take a photo and then do a painting of it.
